The brain will adapt better to short periods of listening , therefore, it is advisable to start with a series with chapters of between 20 and 30 minutes , or if you choose a movie, not more than 30 minutes.

Today we have series of all genres, therefore, the ideal is that you choose a genre that you like. Taking into account that the theme of the series is complicated , since it will cost us more to understand it and therefore, it is easier for us to end it by leaving it aside. Choose series with predictable themes and in which the dialogue is related to the action.
